Heidi provides individual, couples and family therapy sessions utilizing a primarily cognitive-behavioral treatment approach.  She acknowledges that it takes courage to ask for help and strives to make her clients comfortable in a non-judgmental setting.  She ensures privacy, trust and professionalism in her seventeen year therapeutic career.  Being dually licensed both as an addiction counselor and mental health therapist allow Heidi to address presented issues in a more wholistic approach.
