Heidi provides individual, couples and family therapy sessions utilizing a primarily cognitive-behavioral treatment approach. She acknowledges that it takes courage to ask for help and strives to make her clients comfortable in a non-judgmental setting. She ensures privacy, trust and professionalism in her fifteen year therapeutic career. Being dually licensed both as an addiction counselor and mental health therapist allow Heidi to address presented issues in a more wholistic approach.
In Heidi's fifteen years as a licensed therapist, she has vast experience in working with a wide variety of clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, intensive outpatient and school settings. She specializes in working with adolescents, depression, PTSD, sexual identity, transgender, co-dependency and military spouses. Heidi does not bill you for your copay.
